David Wallach - Chief Executive Officer

As an attorney, David has developed more than $250M of urban infill development over the past 20 years. In addition, he has acted as a principal in a general contracting firm that built more than $100M of development in Chicago. David continues to develop property through his entity BluePaint Development, LLC which is a part of the Wally Walls family of companies. His knowledge of the law and construction makes him uniquely qualified to guide Wally Walls through its development and national expansion.

 

 

Todd Erickson - Chief Sustainability Officer

As the Chief Sustainability Officer of BluePaint Development, Todd covers the Northeast region and oversees the development and implementation of our corporate sustainability practices and initiatives. He is responsible for developing and managing sustainable rental housing projects from Pennsylvania to Maine. Todd also develops and oversees our branding strategies and corporate communications systems. Todd says "We are building our national brand of sustainable and attainable single-family homes on the value Wally Walls brings to the construction equation - energy efficient framing components built to exacting specifications that speed delivery of a better product on site. What's not to love?!"

 

Mike O’Mara - Chief Framing Officer

With a construction career dating back to 1989, Mike has put his extensive training to use in commercial and residential building, specializing in steel stud framing. He has worked on major projects involving some Chicago’s most well renowned landmarks including Lincoln Park's African Journey Exhibit, The Shedd Aquarium Tank expansion and The Illinois Institute of Technology Main Building and Tower. OSHA certified and an esteemed member of the Construction Safety Council, Mike is a natural leader and highly decorated veteran. Trained as a combat engineer, he has earned numerous awards including the prestigious Fort Leonard Wood Solider of the Year.

As Chief Framing Officer, Mike leads our crew of certified steel framers at our Kenosha, Wisconsin plant and works closely with architects, contractors and developers in designing and implementing RIVET and CAD shop drawings.
